The Role
We are looking for a reliable and proactive Area Manager to oversee cleaning operations across multiple sites in Hampshire. This home-based role requires regular travel and a hands-on approach to team support and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day cleaning operations across a portfolio of sites
- Ensure consistently high cleaning standards and compliance with agreed schedules
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect quality, support staff, and resolve issues
- Recruit, train, and supervise cleaning staff; promote a positive team culture
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, responding promptly to their needs
- Manage rotas, staffing levels, and resource allocation efficiently
- Uphold and enforce health & safety procedures and company policies
What We're Looking For (No professional cleaning experience required!)
- Strong background in customer service or team leadership
- Excellent communication and people management skills
- Highly organised, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
- Comfortable working independently from home and visiting multiple locations
- Familiarity with health and safety standards (training provided if needed)
- A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
