VIP Community Project is a community organisation based in Uddingston, delivering a wide range of programmes and activities for children, young people, families and adults. Our aim is to create opportunities, build confidence and bring people together through inclusive and engaging community programmes.
The Role
We are looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Admin Assistant to join our team for 10–12 hours per week. This is a varied and rewarding role that will support the smooth day-to-day running of our organisation.
As the first point of contact for many of our participants, parents and partners, you will play an important role in ensuring our programmes run efficiently while providing excellent customer service and administrative support.
The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, good attention to detail, experience using Microsoft Office and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
