Castleview Cars is a fast-growing used car dealership in Windsor - around 120 cars in stock and about 50 happy customers driving away every month. We use modern tools and technology, and we aim to be the best in our field. That's why we hire the best.
This is a brand-new, standalone role - the only one of its kind in the business. Once a customer has bought their car, YOU are their single point of contact. You'll own the entire after-sale experience: handling calls, emails and the occasional face-to-face chat, answering questions, sorting out problems fairly and calmly, and turning happy customers into glowing 5-star reviews.

We're looking for someone with a genuine "want-to, can-do" mindset - someone who actually wants to look after people, takes ownership without being chased, and treats every customer like it matters. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Be the friendly, reliable voice customers reach after they've bought.
- Answer questions and resolve complaints calmly, fairly and quickly.
- Actively win great reviews by giving people a reason to leave one.
- Keep everything tidy and tracked in our CRM (Zoho - training provided).
- Own the whole post-purchase experience, single-handedly.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- A full UK driving licence (essential).
- Strong customer service skills - confident and warm on the phone and in writing.
- A calm, fair head for handling complaints and unhappy customers.
- The drive to take ownership and get things done without being told.
NICE TO HAVE (not essential - we'll train the right person)
- Motor trade, dealership or aftersales experience.
- Experience with Zoho CRM or any other CRM.
- An awareness of fair customer treatment (FCA / Consumer Duty).
WHAT'S ON OFFER
- £30,000 basic salary.
- A customer-satisfaction (CSI) and review-linked bonus, taking OTE to around £34,000.
- Monday to Friday, 9-6 - your weekends are your own.
