Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Production Worker to join our dynamic team. This is a physical role requiring good levels of fitness and strength. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production department. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties include, but are not limited to the following:
· Operating machinery and equipment: You will be responsible for operating various machinery and equipment.
· Assembling products: You will accurately assemble products according to established procedures and quality standards.
· Maintaining a clean and safe work environment: You will maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to all Health & safety regulations and procedures.
· Enjoy working to targets in a fast-paced environment
· Ability to follow instructions and work accurately.
· Good attention to detail.
· Ability to work as part of a team or on your own.
· Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
· Basic math and reading skills.
Experience
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
- Forklift truck license is desirable but not essential.
- Familiarity with materials handling techniques and equipment is advantageous.

Hours of Work
47.5 per week
07:30 - 17:00 Monday to Friday
Including a 30 minute paid break
Bonus Scheme
£100pm bonus upon achieving set KPIs
