Purpose Of The Job
To effectively maintain machine efficiency and quality, to cover the Senior Extrusion Technician for holidays and absence.
Reporting To: Shift Team Leader, Senior Extrusion Technician, Assistant Shift Team Leader.
Liaising with: Extrusion, Thermoforming Labourer, Granulation and Quality.
Key Accountabilities
● Ensuring extruder is maintained with raw materials
● Monitor product quality on the back end.
● Ensuring completed product is stacked neatly, labeled correctly, and marked with the correct signage.
● Ensuring all paperwork for PE rolls changes is accurate, and that rolls are used in numerical order where possible.
● Ensuring all completed roll paperwork is accurate.
● Ensuring completed out sales pallets are packaged as instructed.
● Actively learn all aspects of the extrusion process and line.
● Carry out in between product clean downs as designated in the SOP.
● Carry out daily clean section clean downs as in the designated SOP.
● Assist and learn the die change procedure.
●Maintain a clean safe working environment.

Pay: £13.60 per hour
