Job Title: Customer Service & Sales Advisor

We are seeking talented individuals to join our team as Customer Service & Sales Advisors at our Gloucester, Cheltenham and Westgate sites.

About the role:
We are looking for applicants who are well presented with excellent customer service skills and a professional manner.
This is a permanent, full-time position.
Experience in the automotive sector is not essential, as all training is provided to support your success in the role.
Responsibilities day to day:
- Welcoming guests into the showroom, and engaging with them to discuss requirements
- Sell vehicles profitably and be able to achieve targets agreed with the Sales Manager
- Co-ordinate and work alongside the Sales Manager
- Promote and maintain excellent customer relations by personal manner, appearance, integrity, and loyalty
- Prepare order forms and other relevant paperwork
About you:
- Full UK manual driving licence (Provisional / Automatic licences are not acceptable)
- Customer centric attitude.
- Excellent customer service skills & proven ability to build a strong rapport with customers.
- Flexible and ability to work evenings and weekends (on a rota basis.)
- 2 years’ experience in a customer-facing service role.
- Previous retail sales experience.
