Estate Agent / Sales negotiator / Team member - (Due to continued expansion)
** Salary approx £25,000 (On target earnings) with generous bonus scheme **
Position: Estate Agent / Team Member
Location: West Wales (Primarily based at our Aberearon branch with flexibility to work at our Lampeter branch as and when needed)
About Us: Evans Bros are one of the longest established family run estate agents in West Wales, founded in 1895, we pride ourselves on providing a professional and friendly service to our clients & a friendly team atmosphere for our staff.
What we are looking for: Are you passionate about property and enjoy dealing with people? Do you have a knack for finding the perfect properties for your clients? We are seeking a dynamic and motivated team member with prior estate agency experience to join our hardworking & friendly team.
Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences. Manage a portfolio of properties, carry out viewings, negotiations & sales prospecting.
Requirements:
- Prior estate agency experience essential
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A good understanding of the local area and an understanding of the property market
- Confident in the use of IT
- Positive, proactive and highly organised
- Professional and well presented
- Welsh speaker desirable but not essential
- Availability for Saturday Working (every other week -with time off in lieu)
