We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our dynamic team! Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common spaces, ensuring all surfaces are spotless and sanitized.
- Use appropriate cleaning tools and supplies efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when stock levels are low.
- Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages discovered during cleaning to the relevant department promptly.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English for clear communication with team members and supervisors.
- Prior experience in cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to interact professionally with staff and visitors.
- Excellent communication skills to understand instructions and report issues accurately.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods comfortably.
- A proactive attitude with attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
Working either on a split shift on a Wednesday each week 7.30am to 12.30am and 13.00pm to 17.00pm or the other option is working Tuesday 7.30am to 12.30pm and Thursday 7.30am to 11.30am.
