Pay: £16,752 - £17,018 (FTE £25,191 - £25,590)
Lutterworth High School is a thriving, high attaining and oversubscribed 11-16 Academy. We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and caring Learning Support Assistant to join our dedicated Curriculum Support team and help our students reach their full potential.
In this rewarding role, you'll support students with diverse learning needs, helping them overcome barriers and achieve success. You'll work within the classroom and deliver interventions, building confidence, independence and resilience, whilst collaborating with passionate teachers and support staff as part of a friendly, experienced team. Most importantly, you'll make a tangible impact, seeing students grow academically, socially and emotionally every day.
Working hours may vary during the lunch period to ensure duty coverage. The standard working day includes a 45-minute unpaid lunch break and is typically as follows:
- 8:30am to 12:30pm (4 hours)
- 1:15pm to 3:00pm (1 hour 45 minutes)
- Total: 5 hours 45 minutes per day
