As a Specialist Mentor (ASC) you will be supporting neurodiverse students manage their lives at university. This is a highly rewarding and impactful role that can make a huge difference to a student's life. Working with the students you will provide strategies and techniques to help them cope. We are looking for individuals who have had experience working with young people with either mental health and/or neurodiverse diagnoses. You will need to meet minimum qualification requirements or be prepared to obtain a certain level of qualification. This is a self-employed, contract role so you will have to self-fund any qualifications that are required.
Please only apply if you are willing to meet students face-to-face specifically at the University of Derby.
