Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Legal Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative support within our legal team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of legal processes, managing correspondence, and maintaining accurate records. Duties
- Draft, proofread, and manage legal documents, correspondence, and reports with precision.
- Organise and maintain case files, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Schedule appointments, court dates, and meetings, coordinating with clients and external agencies as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client enquiries and assisting with general administrative tasks.
- Conduct analysis of legal documents and data to support case preparation and research.
- Liaise effectively with colleagues, clients, and external partners to facilitate communication and workflow.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and postal correspondence efficiently.
- Assist with billing, invoicing, and other financial administrative duties related to legal cases.
Experience
- Previous administrative experience within a legal environment is preferred but not essential; relevant organisational skills are vital.
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy under pressure.
- Strong analysis skills to interpret legal documents and data accurately.
- Excellent customer service skills to foster positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with legal management software is advantageous.

Pay: £25,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
