Nurse / Clinic Manager – Manchester
Vinci Hair Clinic
We are looking for a highly organised and hands-on Nurse / Clinic Manager to support the day-to-day management of our Manchester clinic. This role is focused on overseeing clinic operations, coordinating the hair transplant team, and ensuring a consistently high standard of client experience throughout the patient journey.
This is not purely a management role. You will also be actively involved in delivering treatments such as PRP and other non-surgical procedures, working closely with the clinical team to maintain both operational efficiency and treatment quality.
You will be responsible for managing clinic flow, supporting the surgical and technical teams, and maintaining a structured, efficient environment across all procedures and appointments. A key part of the role is ensuring that every client attending the clinic receives a professional, seamless experience from arrival through to post-treatment follow-up.
You will take ownership of client satisfaction within the clinic, acting as the main point of contact for patients on-site. This includes managing expectations, handling any concerns, and ensuring all follow-ups and aftercare communication are completed to a high standard.
Strong people skills are essential. You must be confident dealing with clients in a clinical setting, supporting the medical team, and maintaining a calm, organised atmosphere in what can be a fast-paced environment.
Experience within a CQC-regulated clinic is highly important, with a clear understanding of compliance, patient safety, documentation, and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure efficient workflow
- Coordinate the hair transplant team across procedures and schedules
- Take full ownership of client satisfaction within the clinic
- Manage on-site patient experience from arrival through to discharge
- Deliver treatments including PRP and other non-surgical procedures
- Handle client concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution
- Ensure all follow-ups and aftercare communication are completed
- Maintain accurate records in line with CQC requirements
- Support the clinical team to ensure smooth and effective procedures
- Ensure the clinic environment remains organised, professional, and compliant
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse or relevant clinical qualification
- Experience working in a clinical or medical environment
- Experience delivering treatments such as PRP or similar
- Strong understanding of CQC standards and compliance
- Excellent organisational and coordination skills
- Confident communicator with strong client-facing ability
- Calm under pressure and able to manage multiple priorities
- High attention to detail and sense of ownership
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who understands both clinical structure and client experience, and takes pride in delivering a high standard across both.
