Job Overview
We are seeking an Hotel Chef to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a background in Hotel hospitality - breakfast and evening restaurant operations. You will be responsible for running breakfast and evening shifts twice a week and assisting Breakfast head chef and Evening Head Chef, on other shifts. Overseeing food preparation and production, ensuring that all dishes meet our high standards.
Duties
- Kitchen Service 5 nights a week.
- Breakfast Service 5 mornings a week. (6am start)
- Running Shifts and Assisting head chefs
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain a positive team atmosphere, fostering collaboration among kitchen personnel.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
- Ability to work Split shifts
- Accommodation option available.

Pay: £33,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
