We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Bar Support team member to join us. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our bar area, assisting bartenders. This position is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced setting and would like to step into Bar work or Hospitality.

Duties
- Assist bartenders in preparing and serving beverages, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
- Maintain an organised bar and glass wash area, including restocking supplies and cleaning glassware and utensils.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in bartending or within a restaurant environment is highly desirable but not essential.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- A background in hospitality is advantageous.
- Basic knowledge of bar operations is preferred.
- A positive attitude, willingness to help others, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service are essential.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by the business needs.
