Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as a bricklayer/multi skilled builder . Duties
- Utilise hand tools, power tools, and specialised equipment to carry out masonry, carpentry, roofing, and welding tasks.
- Lay bricks and blocks with precision, ensuring structural integrity and aesthetic quality.
- Install roofing systems according to specifications, adhering to safety standards.
- Perform welding operations for structural repairs or fabrications as required.
- Construct frameworks, formwork, or other structures using appropriate carpentry techniques.
- Assist in site preparation, including material handling and site clean-up.
- Follow health and safety regulations diligently to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently within designated timelines.
Experience
- Proven experience in masonry, carpentry, roofing, or welding is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with the use of hand tools such as chisels, hammers, trowels, and levels.
- Competence in operating power tools including drills, saws, grinders, and welders.
- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations relevant to construction work.
- Previous experience working on construction sites or in similar environments will be advantageous.
