Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Aesthetic Clinic Manager to oversee daily operations at our prestigious clinic. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional patient care, managing staff, and maintaining the clinic’s overall performance. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a professional with strong leadership skills and a background in management within the aesthetic industry. The ideal applicant will possess supervising experience, management expertise, and a solid understanding of financial and management skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the clinic team to deliver outstanding aesthetic treatments and customer service.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance to foster a motivated and professional team environment.
- Handle financial management tasks including budgeting, expense control, and revenue optimisation & maintain monthly sales performance.
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new clients whilst maintaining excellent relationships with existing patients.
- Ensure all treatments are performed in accordance with clinical protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of patient treatments, staff schedules, and operational reports.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the availability of high-quality products and equipment.
- Promote a positive clinic culture centred around professionalism, patient satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven supervising experience within an aesthetic or healthcare setting.
- Strong management skills with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams effectively.
- Solid understanding of financial management principles relevant to clinic operations.
- Experience in human resources including recruitment, training, and staff development.
- Knowledge of industry regulations, health & safety standards, and clinical best practices.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Exceptional communication skills to liaise effectively with staff, patients, and suppliers.
- An Aesthetic industry & management experience is required.
