At Sentinel we build bespoke truck bodies from the ground up — aluminium and composite beavertail recovery bodies, custom fabrication, and full vehicle fit-outs. It's hands-on, skilled hands on work. We're after someone who wants to wants to learn how it's done and grow into a skilled body builder.
You don't need qualifications or experience behind you. What matters is that you're keen, reliable, and ready to get stuck in.
What you'd be doing
Working shoulder-to-shoulder with our experienced fabricators, you'll pick up the trade from the ground up:
Helping build and fit truck bodies — cutting, drilling and assembling aluminium and composite panels
Learning to weld and fabricate in steel and aluminium
Fitting kit like winches, recovery gear, camera systems, towbars and lighting
Prepping materials and helping keep the workshop running smoothly
Getting hands-on with real builds from your very first week
We'll teach you everything you need to know.
What we're looking for
Keen to learn a skilled trade and build a proper career
Reliable — turns up on time, ready to graft
Comfortable with your hands and around basic tools
A genuine interest in vehicles, engineering or making things
A team player who's happy to muck in
Basic tool knowledge is a real plus — but the right attitude matters more than anything. A driving licence is handy but not essential.
