We are looking for an experienced, well-presented Security Officer to join our team on a permanent basis at a premium boutique in Notting Hill, specialising in luxury clothing, bags and shoes.
This is not your typical security role. You will be the first point of contact for every client who walks through the door, and your presence, manner and appearance must reflect the standard of the environment you are working in.
The Role
The core schedule for this position is:
- Friday: 10:00 – 19:00
- Saturday: 10:00 – 18:00
- Sunday: 11:00 – 17:00
This gives a guaranteed 23 hours per week, making it an excellent opportunity for someone seeking a part-time position with a consistent, reliable schedule.
For candidates looking for full-time hours, we can offer an additional two shifts per week at a nearby location, bringing your weekly hours to approximately 45–50 hours, depending on your availability and preference.
What We Are Looking For
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guarding licence
- Minimum 1 year of security experience, ideally in a retail or customer-facing environment
- Immaculate personal presentation and grooming — this is non-negotiable in a luxury setting
- Confident, courteous and professional when dealing with clients
- Reliable, punctual and committed — we are looking for someone who wants to grow with us long term, not just fill a short-term gap
