Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily business activities and lead our team towards achieving a professional cleaning standard to all our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in management within cleaning industries. Duties
- Lead, motivate, and supervise a team to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee daily operations, including sales management and administrative functions.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimise operational efficiency and meet organisational objectives.
- Manage staffing schedules, organise training sessions, and conduct toolbox talks.
- Maintain excellent communication with staff and customers through professional phone etiquette.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with other managers to ensure business runs smoothly.
- Manage inventory levels, organise stock displays, and ensure the warehouse is tidy and well-maintained.
Qualifications
- Proven management experience with a focus on supervising teams.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams effectively.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
- Effective communication skills in both verbal and written forms; multilingual or bilingual capabilities are advantageous.
- Experience in office administration using Excel, Word and Emails.
- Proficiency in time management.
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service orientation.
- Ability to think on your feet and reorganise staff as required.

Working hours would be a minimum of 30 per week, Monday to Friday, with the expectation to work overtime as needed to meet the needs of the business.
