Ad Hoc Minibus Driver
RG8 Facilities is looking for reliable and professional Ad Hoc Minibus Drivers to support our football match-day and event operations.
Pay: £13.50 per hour
This is a flexible, ad hoc position ideal for drivers looking to pick up additional work around their existing commitments.
The Role
You will be responsible for driving a 17-seat minibus to transport RG8 staff safely to and from their allocated shifts at football matches, sporting events and other events.
Your duties will include:
- Collecting staff from the RG8 office before their shift.
- Safely transporting staff to the event/site.
- Ensuring staff arrive in good time for their scheduled shifts.
- Transporting staff back to the RG8 office once their shifts have finished.
- Carrying out basic vehicle checks and reporting any issues promptly.
- Ensuring the vehicle is kept clean, safe and presentable.
- Providing a professional and courteous service to RG8 staff at all times.
Requirements
Essential:
- Must hold the relevant driving licence and entitlement to legally drive a 17-seat minibus.
- Previous experience driving minibuses or passenger-carrying vehicles is desirable.
- A responsible and safety-conscious approach to driving.
- Excellent punctuality and reliability.
- Good communication skills.
- Professional and presentable manner.
- Flexibility to work ad hoc shifts, particularly on football match days and events.
- Availability for early mornings, evenings and weekends where required.
