We’re looking for a café all-rounder to join our small, friendly team at a busy independent café in Nether Green.
This is a varied role that combines barista work, customer service, and kitchen support. We’re looking for someone who can make consistently good coffee, enjoys working with customers, and is happy getting involved wherever needed during a busy café service.
Kitchen experience is important too - you should be comfortable helping with food preparation, plating brunch dishes, and supporting the kitchen team when required. This role does include covering the kitchen independently when required.
The café is owner-run, and both owners work in the business every day. We work hard, help each other out, and try to keep the atmosphere positive and supportive even on busy days. We’re a busy place too so we are looking for someone who can maintain quality during the chaos.

What we offer:

Working hours:Approx. 16–22 hours per week
Shifts will be scheduled between Tuesday and Saturday, with flexibility depending on availability and business needs.
