SALARY:
Annual: £30,122 plus quarterly bonus.
SHIFTS:
37.5 hours per week. 5 x 7.5 -hour shifts (Mon-Fri) shifts scheduled between 08:00 and 18:30.

Office based in Paisley. (PA1)
ROLE:
At Resolvecall, we focus on delivering results and supporting our field teams to succeed. As a Field Performance Team Leader, you’ll manage a remote team spread across the country, ensuring high performance and meeting key goals.
Your role will involve monitoring team performance, identifying areas for improvement, and providing the guidance and support needed to keep everyone on track. You'll be a key link between your team and other departments, ensuring smooth operations and continuous improvement.

Success in this role requires strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a team. A keen eye for performance, with the ability to identify areas for improvement. Experienced in people management, including HR processes such as absence and behaviour management. Proactive in problem-solving and resolving team challenges.
- 2 years team leader/manager experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Self-Motivated with the ability to motivate others
