What You'll Actually Do
Monday-Thursday: Hit the streets
- Visit upto 15 hospitality venues per day (restaurants, bars, cafes)
- Find the decision-makers
- Qualify if they're a good fit
- Get contact details and book meetings
- Update CRM on the go
Friday: Follow ups and plan for next week
- Office day for admin, team meetings, and weekly planning
- Across London boroughs each week
Target: 40 qualified leads and 15 meetings scheduled per month
What You'll Earn
Base: £35,000 - £40,000
OTE Year 1: £50,000 - £55,000
Reality Check: Uncapped commission structure based on leads generated, meetings
scheduled and business closed.

Experience: 1-2 years in sales, lead gen, or business development (hospitality background a
massive plus)
