About the Role
As a Recruitment Specialist, you'll play a key role in finding and engaging candidates for a variety of vacancies.
You'll be:
- Building relationships with candidates over the phone
- Reviewing applications through our bespoke recruitment CRM
- Conducting candidate screening and registrations
- Managing candidate availability and ongoing communication
- Making a high volume of outbound calls each day
- Searching candidate databases and recruitment systems
- Completing compliance and right-to-work checks
- Supporting consultants to fill urgent and specialist vacancies
- Maintaining accurate records and candidate information
- Using referrals, networking and social media to identify additional candidates when required
This is a fast-paced role where organisation, communication skills and a proactive mindset are essential.
