Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic Part Time Front of House Staff to join our welcoming team. This role plays a vital part in delivering outstanding guest experiences, ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our visitors.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take orders and serve food and beverages efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the front of house areas.
- Assist with setting up dining areas and managing reservations.
- Provide excellent guest service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Support the team during busy periods to ensure smooth operations.
- Promote hotel amenities and upsell where appropriate.
- Follow food safety standards and health regulations diligently.
- Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Good time management skills.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Knowledge of food safety standards is advantageous.
- Flexibility to adapt to different shifts as needed.
