What You'll Learn
During your apprenticeship, you'll receive hands-on training and gain experience in:
- Assisting with the preparation and dispensing of prescriptions under supervision.
- Providing excellent customer service and supporting patients.
- Managing stock, deliveries, and pharmacy supplies.
- Maintaining accurate pharmacy records and documentation.
- Supporting the pharmacy team with administrative duties.
- Following strict health and safety, confidentiality, and professional standards.
Essential Requirements
- GCSE Maths and English at Grade 5 or above.
- Excellent timekeeping and attendance.
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive, enthusiastic, and professional attitude.
- Strong attention to detail.
