Role Description
We’re on the lookout for a skilled and motivated HGV Technicians to join our busy and well-equipped workshops across the North West.
Duties:
As an HGV Technician, you'll play a key role in inspecting, servicing, and repairing our customers heavy goods vehicles to the highest standards. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly, professional team where your expertise will be valued and rewarded.
- Routine maintenance and repairs on Trailers.
- Diagnosing and resolving faults using the latest diagnostic tools.
- Completing inspections in line with DVSA standards.
- Ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and timely.
- Working efficiently as part of a supportive workshop team.
Required Certification & Experience:
- Level 3 qualification inHGV Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent).
- Previous experience working on HGVs and Trailers in a workshop environment.
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills.
- A proactive, can-do attitude and attention to detail.
- HGV Class 1 or 2 licence (desirable but not essential).
- IRTEC accreditation (bonus but not required).
Hours:
Monday – Friday – 08:00 - 18:00 alternate weekends as required
Salary:
Dependent on Experience
Pay: £39,500.00-£41,000.00 per year
