Prestige Vehicle Finance Broker
Location: Lincoln (Office Based)
Salary: £25,500 Basic + Uncapped Commission
OTE: £65,000+ in Year One (Top performers earn considerably more)

Dorsia Finance specialises in arranging bespoke finance for luxury, sports, classic and performance vehicles. With over 21 years of experience, we work with high net worth individuals, business owners and SMEs across the UK.

What you'll do
- Manage warm enquiries from customers looking to finance prestige vehicles
- Build relationships with new and existing clients
- Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable finance solutions
- Work with a panel of leading lenders to secure competitive finance packages
- Keep clients updated throughout the journey from enquiry to completion
- Build long term relationships to generate repeat business and referrals
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly targets
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in sales is essential
- Finance or motor industry experience is desirable but not essential
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Confident speaking on the telephone
- Self motivated with a strong desire to earn
- Professional and organised
- Comfortable using CRM systems and technology
What we offer
