- Relationship Management: Proactively manage relationships with various label teams within Sony Music UK and manage the UK company's relationships with the platform. Act as the team point person for one of Sony’s key labels, attending their label meetings and fielding related questions from the label teams.
- Best Practice Education: Drive education of internal teams on best practices for artist positioning, fan engagement, and growing audiences on the platform.
- Artist Partnership Campaigns: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute bespoke artist partnerships with the platform.
- Partner Meetings: Plan and host regular in-person meetings to present and introduce our artists.
- Music Pitching: Manage the pitch process of new releases and ongoing priority projects to ensure optimal visibility.
- Experience working within the music industry, digital music sector, or a related entertainment, media or technology business.
- Strong knowledge of Spotify, streaming strategy and the wider digital service provider (DSP) landscape.
- Passionate about music, culture and the ways fans engage with artists in a digital environment.
- A confident relationship builder who can influence and collaborate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Commercially minded, with the ability to use data and insights to inform decisions and identify opportunities for growth.
- Highly organised, with excellent time management skills and strong attention to detail.
