Patient Coordinator – Remote
High-End Private Medical Practice | Work from Home
We are looking for an experienced, highly organised and proactive Patient Coordinator to join a high-end private medical practice in a fully remote role.
Previous patient management experience within private healthcare or a clinical environment is essential. Experience or knowledge of diagnostics, investigations or laboratory services would be highly desirable.
You will support patients throughout their journey, coordinating appointments, investigations, results and follow-up while providing an exceptional and personalised level of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage patient enquiries, appointments and follow-up.
- Coordinate investigations, diagnostics and test appointments.
- Liaise with patients, clinicians, laboratories and diagnostic providers.
- Follow up outstanding results, appointments and patient actions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Respond professionally to patient calls and emails.
- Work proactively with other remote team members.
- Identify outstanding actions and ensure they are followed through.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with UK GDPR.
Experience & Skills
- Previous patient management experience is essential.
- Private healthcare experience is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of diagnostics or patient pathways is desirable.
- Excellent telephone, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- Confident using patient management and healthcare systems.
- Able to manage multiple patients and priorities.
- Proactive and able to work independently from home.
- Comfortable collaborating closely with a remote team.
We are looking for someone who takes ownership, thinks ahead and understands the high level of service expected by private patients.
Location: Fully Remote / Work from Home
Please note: This is not an entry-level administrative role. Relevant patient coordination or patient management experience is required.
Pay: £30,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
