We are seeking a passionate and commercially minded Beauty Sales Consultant to represent Biologique Recherche within leading luxury department stores across London.
This role is ideal for someone who loves skincare, enjoys building relationships with clients, and thrives in a target-driven luxury retail environment. As a Brand Ambassador, you will introduce clients to the unique Biologique Recherche methodology, deliver personalised skincare recommendations, and help drive the continued growth of the brand.
What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service and personalised skincare consultations.
- Recommend products tailored to individual client needs and concerns.
- Drive retail sales through confident, consultative selling.
- Build long-term client relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Maintain exceptional knowledge of the Biologique Recherche range and methodology.
- Create engaging customer experiences that bring the brand to life.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Represent the brand to the highest luxury retail standards at all times.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in beauty, skincare, luxury retail, or a similar client-facing sales role.
- A genuine passion for skincare and helping clients achieve results.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Commercially minded with the confidence to achieve sales targets.
- Professional, polished, and confident engaging with luxury clientele.
- Positive, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and department store trading hours.
- Beauty qualifications (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent) are advantageous but not essential.
