Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and present suitable products or services.
- Negotiate terms and close sales effectively, ensuring mutual satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities using organisational tools.
- Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure ongoing satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with team members to develop sales strategies and achieve targets.
- Assist in organising promotional events or campaigns to attract new clients.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries promptly and professionally.

Requirements
- Proven administrative experience with strong organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English; multilingual abilities are advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals.
- Strong organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple client accounts efficiently.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach with a positive attitude towards achieving targets.
- A minimum of 1 years experience in Estate Agency Residential Sales is essential
- Full Driving Licence and vehicle owner

Pay: £25,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
