Job Overview

Reporting to the Operations Director, the Asset Data & Compliance Analyst (Maximo & Compliance) will support the

National Grid asset verification programme, ensuring that all asset changes are accurately captured, validated and

maintained within Maximo.

The role will bridge the gap between asset verification activities and operational delivery, ensuring asset data integrity,

compliance assurance, accurate PPM generation and audit readiness across approximately 328 sites.

The post holder will work closely with Operational, Compliance, Technical and Commercial teams to ensure assets are

correctly recorded, aligned to SFG20 maintenance standards and integrated into the contract's maintenance regime.

Main Duties

- Manage all asset additions, removals and amendments resulting from the asset verification programme.
- Upload, validate and maintain asset records within Maximo.
- Ensure asset data is complete, accurate and fully auditable.
- Validate asset hierarchies, attributes and maintenance requirements.
- Review and align assets to appropriate SFG20 maintenance standards.
- Ensure correct Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules and tasks are assigned to all applicable assets.
- Identify and resolve asset data discrepancies, duplicates and quality issues.
- Produce regular reporting on asset verification progress, data quality and compliance performance.
- Support contract audit activities through maintenance of accurate asset records and documentation.
- Work with Technical Services and Compliance teams to ensure statutory maintenance requirements are reflected
within Maximo.
- Support commercial governance processes by analysing asset changes against contract baselines.
· Assist with asset costing and pricing activities associated with variations and change requests. · Prepare information and supporting documentation for VCCR submissions. · Support data cleansing and continuous improvement initiatives across the account. · Act as the key point of coordination between Asset Verification, Operations, Compliance and Commercial teams. · Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and management information packs. · Support Return to Green (RTG) objectives through improved asset data governance and system accuracy.

What we are looking for

Essential
- Experience managing asset data within Maximo or a similar CAFM/EAM platform.
- Strong understanding of asset management principles.
- Experience working with Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) programmes.
- Knowledge of SFG20 maintenance standards.
- Strong analytical and data management skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Experience working within compliance-led or regulated environments.
- Ability to manage large volumes of data and prioritise workloads effectively.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable
- Experience within Facilities Management, Utilities or Critical Infrastructure sectors.
- Understanding of statutory compliance requirements.
- Experience supporting asset verification or mobilisation programmes.
- Awareness of commercial governance and variation control processes.
- Knowledge of National Grid or similar regulated infrastructure environments.
