Based at the iconic Aerospace Bristol, home of Concorde, we deliver everything from corporate meetings and conferences to private celebrations and special events.
We're looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and friendly Event Food Service & Bar Team Members to join our team on a flexible, casual basis.

The Role
As an Event Team Member, you will work as part of a friendly team delivering excellent food and beverage service across a wide range of events, including conferences, corporate functions, private celebrations, and special occasions.
You'll help create memorable guest experiences by supporting event setup, service and close-down while always maintaining a professional and welcoming approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of conferences, corporate events, private functions, and special occasions.
- Provide professional food and beverage service to guests.
- Deliver bar service, including preparing and serving drinks to a high standard.
- Assist with event setup, room layouts, and presentation.
- Support event breakdown and clearing after service.
- Maintain excellent customer service throughout each event.
- Always follow health and safety procedures and venue standards.
- Assist with guest requests and dietary requirements when required.
About You
We're looking for someone who is reliable, enthusiastic, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience within hospitality, events, bar service, or front-of-house roles (although full training can be provided).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to support the wider team.
- The ability to work well in a fast-paced event environment.
- Good attention to detail and a professional approach.
- A flexible approach to working daytime, evening and weekend shifts as required.
