Duties

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions, concerns, and aftercare instructions
- Stay updated on the latest lash trends, techniques, and products to deliver innovative results
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize client satisfaction and business flow
- Promote retail products such as lash care kits or makeup application tools to enhance client experience
Requirements
- Proven experience in applying eyelash extensions or related makeup application skills
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to listen carefully to clients’ preferences and provide personalized recommendations
- Knowledge of hygiene standards and safety protocols in beauty services
- Passion for beauty, fashion, and helping clients feel confident and beautiful
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or during peak hours as needed
