Marketing Executive
Role Overview
The Marketing Executive is responsible for driving client acquisition and supporting the company's marketing activities to generate new business opportunities. This role manages the day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns, social media, content creation, and inbound enquiries while maintaining strong relationships with prospects, referral partners, and outsourced marketing providers.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Acquisition
- Generate and nurture new business opportunities through a range of marketing channels.
- Respond promptly to website and WhatsApp sales enquiries, qualifying leads and directing them through the sales process.
- Manage and track direct referrals from clients and business partners.
- Maintain and update the prospect database to ensure accurate and current records.
- Monitor and report on referral activity and conversion performance.
Marketing & Content
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content across all social media platforms.
- Develop marketing content including social media posts, blogs, newsletters, case studies, and promotional materials.
- Ensure all marketing communications align with the company's brand and messaging.
- Monitor social media engagement, respond where appropriate, and identify opportunities to increase audience interaction.
Marketing Coordination
- Liaise with and manage outsourced marketing agencies and suppliers to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to the required standard.
- Coordinate marketing projects and campaigns, monitoring performance and making recommendations for improvement.
- Support the ongoing development and optimisation of the company website and digital marketing activities.
Reporting & Administration
- Maintain accurate records of marketing activities, enquiries, referrals, and lead sources.
- Produce regular reports on marketing performance, lead generation, social media engagement, and client acquisition metrics.
- Identify trends and opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness and client conversion.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in a marketing, digital marketing, or client acquisition role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent content creation and copywriting abilities.
- Experience managing social media platforms and scheduling tools.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working independently.
- Experience using CRM systems and maintaining prospect databases.
- Ability to work collaboratively with external suppliers and internal stakeholders.

- Number and quality of new client enquiries generated.
