Responsibilities
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to quality standards.
- Train, mentor, and support team members in their roles, fostering a positive working environment.
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
- Assist in managing inventory levels, ordering supplies, and controlling costs.
- Support bartending operations as needed, ensuring that all beverages are prepared to standard.

Pay: £32,500.00-£38,000.00 per year
