Overview
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Reviews Moderator to oversee and manage user-generated content across our digital platforms. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and experience with multimedia editing tools. Responsibilities
- Review and moderate user reviews, comments, and multimedia content to ensure compliance with community guidelines and moderation policies.
- utilise Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere to edit images and videos as necessary for content approval or correction.
- Manage social media channels by scheduling posts, engaging with users, and monitoring interactions to uphold brand reputation.
- Translate reviews or related content between languages when required, ensuring accuracy and cultural appropriateness.
- Collaborate with the content team to develop moderation strategies that foster a respectful and inclusive online community.
- Report on moderation activities, trends, and issues to relevant stakeholders for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere.
- Experience with video editing and social media management tools.
- Strong journalistic instincts with excellent communication skills in both written and verbal forms.
- Bilingual abilities are preferred, particularly in translation between English and other languages.
- Previous experience in content moderation or related roles is advantageous.
- Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail to ensure consistent application of moderation standards.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about maintaining high-quality online interactions through effective moderation, multimedia editing, and social media engagement.
Pay: £24,420.00-£52,178.77 per year
