Job Title: Recruitment Consultant

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This is a fast-paced role that involves managing client relationships, sourcing candidates, and filling vacancies across a range of sectors.
The successful candidate will be highly organised, customer-focused, and capable of working in a demanding environment while delivering excellent service to both clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Source, screen, interview, and place suitable candidates into temporary and permanent roles.
- Advertise vacancies across various job boards and recruitment platforms.
- Conduct candidate registrations, reference checks, and right-to-work checks.
- Manage the full recruitment process from vacancy qualification through to placement.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for current and future vacancies.
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets.
- Carry out client visits and attend meetings as required.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and candidates.
- Complete all administration accurately and in line with company procedures.
- Participate in the out-of-hours and weekend on-call rota as required.
Requirements
- Previous recruitment experience required with a minimum 2yrs.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confident and professional telephone manner.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workloads effectively.
- Flexible approach to working hours, including weekend work when required.
- Self-motivated with a proactive and results-driven attitude.
- Competent in Microsoft Office and recruitment software systems.
- Full UK driving licence is essential.
- Access to a vehicle is desirable.
