About Beebot AI
Beebot AI is an innovative tech company specialising in AI and intelligent automation platforms. Our smart solutions help businesses and local government save time, reduce costs, and work more efficiently through automation, chatbots, and digital workflows.
We're growing fast and looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior project manager/ Website Designer to join our operations team. If you’re passionate about digital design, eager to learn, and excited by the idea of working in the AI space – we’d love to hear from you!
Role Overview
This is a hybrid role combining project management with hands-on website configuration. You'll be the main point of contact for client projects from kickoff through to launch, keeping timelines, and communication on track, while also getting into the platform yourself to configure, customise, and troubleshoot client sites. It's a great fit for someone who enjoys both the organisational side of delivery and the technical satisfaction of building something a client can see and use.
Key Responsibilities -
Project Management
- Manage client website/implementation projects from kickoff through to go-live, acting as the main point of contact for the client throughout.
- Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and task lists, flagging risks or delays early.
- Run regular check-ins and status updates with clients and internal teams (design, dev, AI/product).
- Coordinate handoffs between internal teams to keep projects moving smoothly.
- Track project scope, timelines, and deliverables, escalating issues to senior team members as needed.
- Manage go-live checklists and coordinate launch activities with clients.
- Maintain clear, organised documentation for each project (requirements, decisions, configurations).
Website Configuration & Technical Delivery
- Configure and set up client websites on our platform, including pages, content, integrations, and basic customisations.
- Carry out QA checks (links, forms, responsiveness, content accuracy) before launch.
- Troubleshoot basic configuration issues and know when to escalate more complex technical problems to developers.
- Make client-requested updates and tweaks to live sites post-launch.
- Learn and stay current on our platform's features and best practices.
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years' experience in a project coordination, client services, web/digital, or technical support role (internships and placements count).
- Comfortable learning new software and technical tools; some exposure to website builders, CMS platforms, or basic HTML/CSS is a plus but not required.
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects at once.
- Clear, confident communicator, comfortable speaking directly with clients.
- Proactive problem-solver who takes ownership and follows through.
- A genuine interest in websites, technology, and how AI products come together.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Zoho, Trello).
- Basic understanding of web/CMS concepts (pages, domains, forms, integrations).
- Interest in AI and emerging technology.
What We Offer
- Hands-on training in both project management and website/platform configuration.
- A hybrid working setup with a supportive, collaborative team.
- Real ownership of client projects, with room to grow into a senior delivery role.
- The chance to work at the intersection of AI, technology, and client delivery.
