We have been working with our training providers for many years now to 'grow our own' apprentices, many of whom are still working here with us and continuing their development and progressing into new roles. This role will be supported with a Administration Assistant Level 2 apprenticeship.
What You'll Be Doing
As part of our Probate team, you'll learn a variety of administrative skills, including:

Dealing with incoming and outgoing post

Answering telephone calls and directing enquiries

Filing, scanning and organising documents

Supporting the team with day-to-day office administration

Providing Reception cover
-
Learning how a busy office operates and contributing to the team
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is:

Friendly, positive and eager to learn

Reliable, punctual and willing to take responsibility

Organised and able to manage their time effectively

A good communicator with a polite and professional manner

Comfortable using a computer or willing to learn new IT skills

Able to work well as part of a team
You don't need previous office experience this role is designed for someone starting their career.
This apprenticeship will take approximately 12 months to complete and you will need to take responsibility for completing your coursework on time. You will be given the opportunity to develop a career of your choice, on successful completion of your apprenticeship. The salary for this role will be in line with government guidance
