We are looking for a receptionist to join our team at Sheringham. You will need to be computer literate with good communication skills and be willing to learn.
- Previous experience of work on reception is preferable, although not essential.
- Computer literate with good organisation and communication skills.
Responsibilities will include:
- Handling all incoming and outgoing post and DX
- Dealing with incoming calls
- Greeting all visitors to the office
- Banking
- Archiving
- Typing support
Together with reception duties this role also has responsibility for general office administration and providing support to the secretaries and fee earners.
This is a full time position.
