Ener-G Group is expanding its network of reliable and experienced subcontractors to support ongoing property maintenance, repair and refurbishment works across the UK.
We are looking for self-employed contractors and established trade businesses who are interested in receiving work opportunities within their local area.

About the Work
Ener-G Group provides property maintenance services and works with a network of contractors across the UK.
Successful contractors may be contacted for jobs available within their chosen service areas. Work may include:
- Reactive repairs
- Planned maintenance
- Property refurbishments
- Void property works
- Emergency call-outs
- Residential and commercial maintenance
You can tell us which areas/postcodes you cover and which services you provide, allowing us to contact you when suitable work becomes available.
What We Are Looking For
Applicants should ideally have:
- Relevant experience within their trade
- Their own tools and equipment
- Their own transport
- Public Liability Insurance
- Relevant trade qualifications/certifications where required
- A professional and reliable approach
- Good communication skills
- Ability to provide photographs and updates following completed works
- Ability to provide invoices for completed work
For regulated trades, appropriate current certifications will be required.
