Overview
We are looking for a reliable, hands on individual to join our Customer Fulfilment team. This is a full-time, permanent role based at our Head Office in Bourne, Lincolnshire, combining day to day fulfilment duties with regular UK wide deliveries.
The majority of your time will be spent at Head Office supporting the picking and packing of shop, commercial, and wholesale orders, ensuring that everything leaves us accurately and to a high standard.
Alongside this, you will take on responsibility for a range of scheduled driving duties. This includes shop deliveries, event logistics, and customer home deliveries. When out on customer deliveries, you’ll work as part of a two person team delivering high end furniture and lifestyle products, providing a professional and considered service.
You will be the team’s go to person for internal driving requirements, playing an important role in keeping our retail, events, and customer delivery operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and fulfilling shop, commercial, and wholesale orders, ensuring accuracy, organisation, and a consistently high standard.
- Assisting across the Customer Fulfilment function with additional picking, packing, and day to day support where needed.
- Loading and unloading vehicles safely, ensuring all goods are handled with care.
- Completing scheduled deliveries to our shops.
- Supporting event logistics, including the preparation, packing, and delivery of stock.
- Carrying out customer home deliveries of premium furniture and lifestyle products across the UK as part of a two-person team.
- Representing the business professionally when on customer sites, ensuring a positive delivery experience.
- Assisting with general warehouse and fulfilment duties when not on the road.
- Keeping informed on all relevant risk assessment and adhere to all Health & Safety measures in place.
Experience & Attributes
- Full clean UK driving licence is essential
- ·Minimum 2 years driving experience
- Over 25 years of age, for driving and insurance purposes
- Previous delivery or warehouse experience
- Familiarity with logistics or delivery planning is a desirable quality
- Excellent timekeeping and organisation skills
- Customer focused with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Flexible, reliable, and proactive
- Someone who is trustworthy
- the successful candidate must have Right to Work in the UK
