The Queen's is preparing to reopen following an extensive refurbishment and significant investment, with an ambition to become one of Worcestershire's leading independent dining destinations.
Working alongside an accomplished Head Chef and an experienced Restaurant Manager, our Front of House team will play a vital role in creating the warm, polished and memorable guest experience we want The Queen's to become known for.
We are now looking for exceptional waiting and bar staff to join our opening team.
Who we're looking for
We're particularly interested in people who have previous experience within high-quality restaurants, premium hospitality, luxury hotels, fine dining or quality independent venues.
For these roles, personality is just as important as experience. You'll need to be naturally warm and engaging, confident communicating with guests and passionate about providing genuinely outstanding service.
You'll understand that great hospitality is about much more than taking an order or delivering a plate to a table. It's about noticing the details, anticipating what a guest might need and helping create an experience they want to return to.
We're looking for people who:
- Have previous restaurant, waiting or premium bar experience.
- Take genuine pride in delivering excellent service.
- Are confident, personable and comfortable engaging with guests.
- Have high standards of personal presentation and attention to detail.
- Work brilliantly as part of a team, particularly during busy services.
- Are reliable, professional and calm under pressure.
- Have an interest in high-quality food, wine and beverages and are keen to develop their knowledge.
- Want to learn, develop and become part of a restaurant with ambitious standards.
Experience within AA Rosette, Michelin Guide, luxury hotel or fine-dining environments would be particularly welcomed, although it is not essential for every position. For the right person, attitude, potential and a genuine passion for hospitality are equally important.

Salary: Competitive, dependent on role and experience
