The Role:
Head of Year As Head of Year and a member of our Pastoral Leadership Team, you will be responsible for the progress, behaviour and pastoral well-being of a year group. Leading a dedicated team of tutors, and a non-teaching pastoral leader, you will have a profound impact on the standards of behaviour, attendance, and student outcomes across your year group. We are looking for a superb teacher and leader who is driven to champion our vision of kindness, hard work, and ambition.
