Are you an experienced housing professional looking for an opportunity to make a real difference?
At Agamemnon Housing Association, we provide high-quality sheltered housing for older people, with a particular commitment to supporting members of the Armed Forces community. We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Operations Manager to help lead our housing services and support our continued growth and development. The role forms part of the Senior Leadership Team and works closely with the Chief Executive Officer to ensure excellent services, strong compliance and a positive experience for our tenants.
What you take care of
- Leading and supporting a team of Housing Officers
- Driving service quality, compliance and operational performance
- Supporting tenant engagement and service improvement
- Managing complaints, safeguarding and complex tenancy matters
- Coordinating business continuity and emergency response arrangements
- Building strong relationships with tenants, contractors and partner agencies.
What you need to be successful
You will have experience of working within the social housing sector and a strong understanding of tenancy management, customer service and regulatory compliance. You will be an effective leader, capable of supporting colleagues, managing performance and delivering positive outcomes for tenants. A CIH qualification, or equivalent housing qualification, is desirable.
