Campie Afterschool Club is an established service that provides afterschool and breakfast clubs to children in P1 to P7. We are based in the grounds of Campie Primary School in Musselburgh.

Experience of working with children, ideally within a play setting is essential, as is an ability to relate to children in a positive way. You will be responsible for providing age appropriate play opportunities within a safe and stimulating environment.
The projected hours are four afternoons per week 14.30 - 17.45 (Mon- Thurs). The contracted hours are term time.
An SVQ III in Playwork or Social Services, children and young people, is desirable. A willingness to work toward relevant childcare qualifications within 3 years is essential. All relevant experience/qualifications will be considered.
The rate of pay will depend upon age, experience and qualification.
All appointments will be subject to a satisfactory PVG Disclosure check and two references. Registration with the SSSC will be mandatory. All appointments will be subject to a 3 month probationary period.
