We’re working with a well-established, family-run holiday resort in North Norfolk who are looking for an experienced
Bar Supervisor to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident hospitality professional who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys delivering great service. You’ll play a key role in overseeing the bar operation, particularly during peak periods, weekends and the resort’s popular events.
You’ll be hands-on across the operation, leading and supporting the bar team, maintaining high service standards, managing busy periods and ensuring guests receive a consistently excellent experience.
The ideal candidate will have previous bar or hospitality supervisory experience, strong leadership skills and the confidence to take charge when the pressure is on. You’ll be organised, personable and commercially aware, with a genuine passion for customer service.
