Abbey Group is a well-established large-scale construction company. We also undertake our own in-house construction developments and operate a dedicated joinery factory.
We are currently seeking a Estimator to join our team.

Responsibilities:
- Preparing cost estimates for construction projects
- Review project plans and specifications to determine the scope of work
- Collect and analyse data to calculate material, labour and equipment costs
- Collaborate with vendors and subcontractors to obtain accurate pricing information
- Prepare bid packages and submit them to clients
- Assist in the negotiation and procurement of materials and services
- Track and monitor project costs throughout the construction process
- Provide support to the Estimator in project management tasks
Requirements:
- Strong mathematical skills and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft office, particularly Excel
- Excellent organisation /time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
WAGE CAN BE DISCUSSED AT INTERVIEW,& COMPANY PACKAGE DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE.

Pay: £50,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
